I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about my experience with Maree. I first Maree last year at an inspection of a home, when I phoned her for and asked for a second viewing to my surprise she was more than happy to take us through the home on Boxing Day which was a shock as I needed to purchase and that time of the year it was very hard to get through homes.

I have purchased and sold a number of properties in the past and I know a number of agents, some of which have let me down. Since then I have recommended her to a friend who was also extremely satisified and just recently have listed and sold my property with her, both of which she has performed extremely well and achieved a fantastic result.

Maree’s best qualities are that she is a good communicator, will sit down explain to those people who have had little or no experience purchasing or selling, how it all works rather than just asking you to sign up.  She will also work with you in trying to achieve the best price not just signing you up and saying you should reduce the price before it has been listed as some agents do, just to get the listing.  During this whole sale process she will keep both vendors and purchasers informed with the progress of the sale always returning calls if she is not available at the time.

There are not too many agents out there who will work so hard’ with the support of her family, Maree will work longer hours than most in order to do the right thing by her vendors.
